Assistant Professor Vladimir Tiutiuriukov took part as a National Reporter for Serbia at the conference “Turnover taxes (including VAT/GST and digital service taxes) in the light of treaty law”, organized by the Institute of Austrian and International Tax Law of Vienna University of Economics and Business (Vienna, Austria) on 2-4 July 2026. Over 100 participants, among them 37 national reporters from around the globe, discussed the allocation of taxing rights for indirect taxes (VAT, goods and services tax, tax on digital services), while the similar issues for direct taxes has been shaped by bilateral and multilateral treaties.
